01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and c44com ("c44com", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of all services available at c44com.bet, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, PSL betting, live dealer tables, Aviator, fishing games, Ludo, jackpot slots, and all associated promotional or bonus programmes.

By registering an account on c44com, making any deposit, placing any bet, or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use c44com.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any service on c44com. If verification reveals that a player is under 18, their account will be immediately closed, all bets will be voided, and any balance will be returned to the payment source used for deposits after deducting any bonuses received.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active c44com account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If c44com identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all related accounts may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held pending investigation. Players may not open an account on behalf of another person.

Account Information Accuracy

Account Security

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify c44com support immediately via live chat or email. c44com will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

03 Deposits & Payments

All deposits and financial transactions on c44com are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). c44com accepts deposits via the following local payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa or Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100.

Deposit Processing

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your c44com wallet in real time upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 30 minutes depending on the sending bank's processing time. c44com does not charge any deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which c44com is not responsible.

Own Payment Methods Only

You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted. If c44com identifies a deposit originating from a third-party account, the deposit may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation. This rule is in place to protect against fraud and money laundering.

Deposit Limits

c44com may apply maximum deposit limits based on account verification status, responsible gaming settings you have activated, or platform-wide risk management requirements. Players who have activated deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools in their account settings cannot exceed those limits regardless of the method used.

04 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your c44com wallet are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit or to another verified payment method in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional identity verification checks.

Processing Times

Standard withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 15 minutes of submission on a 24/7 basis, including weekends and public holidays. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to 2 hours. c44com does not apply any withdrawal processing fees. If your payment provider charges a receipt fee, that is outside c44com's control.

Withdrawal Conditions

Before your first withdrawal, c44com may require basic identity verification including confirmation of your mobile number and national identity card (CNIC) number. Funds derived from active bonuses that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are satisfied. Declined Withdrawals

c44com reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal request if there is a pending identity verification, an active investigation into account activity, or a reasonable suspicion of fraud or terms violation. 05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all c44com bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms.

Wagering Requirements

Most c44com bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which means you must wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount before the bonus — and any winnings generated from it — become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus requires total wagers of Rs 20,000 before withdrawal is permitted on the bonus funds.

Bonus Eligibility

Each c44com promotion specifies which games or betting markets contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live sports bets typically contribute 100% to sports bonus wagering. Bonus Expiry

Any unclaimed or un-wagered bonus funds will be forfeited automatically when the expiry time is reached. c44com will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

Abuse and Misuse

c44com reserves the right to withdraw a bonus and void associated winnings if there is evidence that a player has abused the bonus system — for example, by opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, by hedging bets to guarantee withdrawal of bonus funds without genuine play, or by any other method that circumvents the intended purpose of the promotion.

06 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on c44com, including PSL cricket betting, are subject to the following general betting rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of conflict, sport-specific rules take precedence over general rules for that specific market.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is only valid once c44com has accepted it and a unique bet reference number has been issued to the player. Bets submitted but not confirmed due to connectivity issues, odds changes, or system errors are not valid and no liability is accepted by c44com for unconfirmed submissions. c44com reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without providing a reason.

Odds and Market Changes

Sports betting odds on c44com are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment you click to place a bet are provisional. If the odds change between your click and c44com's confirmation, you will be shown the new odds and given the option to accept or decline. For PSL live in-play bets, markets may be suspended between deliveries for odds recalculation.

Abandoned and Voided Matches

If a PSL or other cricket match is abandoned before a result is determined under the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, most markets will be voided and stakes returned in full. Markets that were already settled before abandonment — such as toss winner or first over total — will stand. Specific void rules are published in the PSL and cricket betting rules section of c44com.

Maximum Payout Limits

c44com applies maximum single-bet and daily payout limits that vary by sport, league, and market. Bets that would result in a payout exceeding the applicable limit may be reduced or declined at c44com's discretion.

Bet Settlement

Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body of the sport — for PSL, this is the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). If an incorrect result is used to settle a bet in error, c44com reserves the right to reverse the settlement and re-settle the market at the correct result within 48 hours of the error being identified.

07 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on c44com — including slots, live dealer games, Aviator, fishing games, Ludo, Teen Patti, Baccarat, and Roulette — are operated by certified third-party game providers. Each game has its own specific rules and return-to-player (RTP) percentage, which are published within the game interface or in the game provider's documentation linked from the c44com casino page.

Random Number Generation

All slot and RNG-based casino games on c44com use certified Random Number Generator systems that have been independently tested and verified. When you reconnect, the result of the completed round will be displayed. If a disconnection causes a game to freeze permanently without a result, the stake will be returned to your c44com wallet. Live dealer game disconnection rules may vary by provider.

Minimum and Maximum Bets

08 Player Conduct

09 Security & Fraud Prevention

We conduct continuous monitoring of account activity for patterns associated with fraud, account takeover, and bonus abuse. When suspicious activity is detected, c44com may temporarily freeze an account and contact the registered account holder to verify their identity before restoring full account access.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Suspension & Termination

c44com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion if a player is found to be in breach of these Terms or if continued access to the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players. In cases of suspected fraud or identity misrepresentation, accounts may be frozen with immediate effect pending investigation.

If your account is closed due to a Terms breach, c44com will retain any bonus funds and associated winnings. Deposits of your own funds that are not subject to bonus conditions will be returned to your verified payment method after the investigation process is complete, unless the closure is related to fraudulent funding activity.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting c44com support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and your remaining balance returned to your registered payment method. Note that voluntary closure is separate from responsible gaming self-exclusion — both options are available independently on c44com.

12 Limitation of Liability

c44com provides all services on an "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability and uptime, we cannot guarantee that c44com will be continuously available without interruption, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows (which are announced in advance where possible) or unscheduled technical incidents.

c44com's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. c44com accepts no liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from platform use, game outcomes, or payment processing delays beyond our direct control.
